These Terms govern your use of FATDAD.in and all its associated services. By using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms or any part of them, you should stop using our website immediately.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe :

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Condition :

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It should also include all accessories and documentation, if applicable.

Proof of Purchase:

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Personal care items (such as skincare, beauty products, or intimate apparel)
• One-time-use consumables
• Usables such as rugs, furnishing, pottery and crockery

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@FATDAD.in with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Alternatively you can go to your orders tab in your account page to initiate return.
• Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
• Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RAN. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs.2000. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. This notification will include:

• Approval or Rejection: Confirmation if your return is approved or rejected.
• Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

• Items with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

• Check Your Account: Review your bank or credit card account for the refund.
• Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact Us: If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@FATDAD.in.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@FATDAD.in.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at info@FATDAD.in. Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@FATDAD.in as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
